IT Auditor (f/m/d)
Location: Frankfurt am Main with option for 100% remote work

Take on responsibility as an IT Auditor and set new standards in the audit and advisory of information security and internal control systems. You build trust through well-founded audits in accordance with standards such as ISAE 3402, ISO 27001 and BSI C5 – including in dynamic, highly regulated environments. As an experienced IT auditor and consultant, you serve as a sparring partner on topics such as IT governance, compliance and regulatory requirements like DORA and NIS2. In doing so, you strengthen the security and resilience of our clients across various industries.
Your responsibilities with us
Apply your expertise with purpose – with responsibility, vision and a strong team by your side.
- You audit service-related internal control systems in accordance with ISAE 3402 – taking into account relevant standards such as BSI C5 – and assess their adequacy and effectiveness.
- You conduct certifications of information security management systems (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001 and support our clients in developing their security architecture.
- You assist with advisory projects in the context of DORA, NIS2 and other regulatory requirements for critical infrastructure and financial service providers.
- You also contribute to the further development of our audit approach and bring your expertise to the analysis of complex IT-supported processes and control environments.
What you ideally bring
What you bring – professional competence, commitment and an eye for what matters.
- You hold a successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration with an IT focus, or a comparable field of study.
- You have at least two years of relevant professional experience in IT auditing, IT compliance or IT revision – ideally in the context of audits/certifications according to ISAE 3402, ISO 27001 or BSI C5.
- You have solid knowledge of information security and control systems and ideally have experience with regulatory requirements such as DORA or NIS2.
- Certifications such as CISA, ISO 27001 Auditor, CISM or comparable qualifications are an advantage – but not a requirement.
